HTC announces a new Smart Phone: The HTC Sensation 4G

Taiwanese Smart Phone giant HTC has added another one in their family of fast selling smart phones. The HTC Sensation 4G is the latest offering by HTC and it packs some serious hardware. It has a big 4.3 inch qHD display with resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. The 8MP snapper is capable of recording full HD 1080p videos, and is backed up by a dual-LED flash. It will come with Android 2.3 gingerbread with the HTC sense UI. Connectivity features include USB, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, HSPDA and HSUPA, DLNA, TV-out option, etc. The processor handling all these features is the Qualcomm MSM 8260 Snapdragon 1.2 GHz dual-core processor with the Adreno 220 GPU. The internal memory will be 4GB and 768MB of RAM and off course expandable memory of up to 32GB.
“Consumers have quickly transformed smart phones into consumer lifestyle hubs that are pocket-sized entertainment centres that enable people to take their favourite multimedia content with them wherever they go. The new HTC Watch service makes it fun and easy for people to access premium movies and TV shows while on the go. The HTC Sensation 4G combines this great multimedia experience within the latest HTC Sense experience in a premium device that delivers a powerful and unprecedented Smartphone to our customers,” said Peter Chou, CEO of HTC Corporation.

Hopefully we shall see the Sensation 4G arriving in India soon as HTC doesn’t take long to provide products to the Indian market.
